Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order in our online store at carsonjenny.com.

1. Who sells to you

The seller is Arlind Berati, Göppingen, Germany. You find our full address in the legal notice.

2. How the contract is made

The book page is not yet a binding offer. When you press the final payment button in the checkout, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email or give you access to the download. The contract language is English. We save the details of your order and send them to you by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. For buyers in the EU, prices include VAT where it applies. You pay in the checkout with one of the payment methods shown there.

4. Delivery

The book is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. After payment, the download appears on your order page, and we send you the link by email.

5. How you may use the files

You may use the files for yourself and your household, on all your own devices, and print them for that use. You may not resell, share, copy for others or upload the files.

6. Money-back guarantee and right of withdrawal

Our 14-day money-back guarantee and the legal right of withdrawal are explained on the page Refunds and withdrawal.

7. Updates

When we publish an updated edition, every buyer receives it free.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential duty of the contract, and only for the typical damage that could be foreseen. The book gives general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice for your situation.

9. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still protect you.
