This guarantee applies to every buyer, wherever you live. If the book isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase. Use our contact form, or reply to your order email. We refund the full price to the payment method you used. No questions asked.

The guarantee is a voluntary promise. It does not limit your legal rights.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Your right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must tell us about your decision with a clear statement. Write to Arlind Berati, Karl-Schurz-Straße 52, 73037 Göppingen, Germany, email support@carsonjenny.com. You can use the link "Cancel contract" at the bottom of every page, or the model withdrawal form below. You don't have to use them.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends.

What happens after a withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we refund all payments we received from you. We do this without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of the day your withdrawal reaches us. We use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you. You pay no fees for the refund.
