Terms of service

These terms apply to every order at carsonjenny.com. The seller is Arlind Berati, Karl-Schurz-Strasse 52, 73037 Goeppingen, Germany (see our legal notice at carsonjenny.com/pages/legal-notice).

Contract: The book page is not yet a binding offer. When you press the final payment button in the checkout, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email or give you access to the download. The contract language is English. We save your order details and send them to you by email.

Prices and payment: All prices are in US dollars. For buyers in the EU, prices include VAT where it applies. You pay in the checkout with one of the payment methods shown there.

Delivery: The book is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. After payment, the download appears on your order page, and we send you the link by email.

Use of the files: You may use the files for yourself and your household, on all your own devices, and print them for that use. You may not resell, share, copy for others or upload the files.

Updates: When we publish an updated edition, every buyer receives it free.

Liability: We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential duty of the contract, and only for the typical damage that could be foreseen. The book gives general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice for your situation.

Applicable law: German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still protect you.
